Vendors/Exhibitors must provide all tents, tables, chairs, etc needed for booth. All items must fit within the 15x15 space (this includes tie downs for tents, signage, etc.)
Vendors/Exhibitors must be set up by 10:30 am the day of the event. No vehicles will be allowed to re-enter the area until the day's events have concluded. (normally around 7:00 pm)
Deadline to apply is August 24, 2013.
All vendors are subject to Hollerin’ Contest Committee Approval
